Mixed Vegetable Pulao

Ingredients:
2 cup basmati rice,
1/4cup fresh garden peas,
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot,
1/4 cup chopped french beans,
1/4 cup copped potatoes,
1/2 medium size onion,
1/2 tomato,
1 green chilly,
corriander leaves finely chopped,
red chilly powder,
1 tsp corriander powder,
1 tspn gingergarlic paste,
1/2tspnturmeric powder,
salt as per taste,
garam masala,
oil 2 tbspn,
maggi chicken stock 1,
water 4 1/2 cup



Method:
Heat oil in a thick bottom vessel,put in garam masala & fry the onion till lightbrown. Now add all ingredients except rice & water,and cook till vegetables are half done. Then pour in the water. Add rice when water comes to boil.Cook till rice is done. Serve hot with salad and chicken curry.
